Cleaning the WM filter

How often should you do this ? I've probably only done so every few years but even then it never seems particularly full or manky . Just done it again (looking for spare ds sticks) but nothing was lodged in there. Also I can only access the removable basic grid section , do you clean beyond, if so , how ?_

I don't think that you can really clean any further without getting soeone into do it for you.

However if you use Soda Crystals in each wash about tbsp full this helps to keep build ups at bay and also a magnoball might be of use to.

We end up cleaning ours between once a month and twice a month, because we live in a hard water area.
