DS's high chair is a happy snack thingy, DD and I were using it to paint our Easter cards this morning (she's sat in it to minimize paint splattage lol! ) and the stupid MISTER MAKER paint has dyed the bloody tray pink!!
DH will be a bit narked - doesn't feel boys should wear pink, oops! Any advice on how to get the sodding paint off extremely gratefully received!!

Try cif with bleach in it, leave it on stain for a bit. But red based stuff is always really hard to get out.

Oops!! Reckon I should ring Mister Maker??

what is mister maker? do you know what sort of paint it is?

RubyBlueberry · 10/04/2009 20:03

Mister Maker is on CBeebies, it's an arty crafty show and they were his endorsed paints. It was poster paint.

I find purple paint does this to our kitchen table and wooden high chair, but it fades after a few weeks of sunlight/ordinary wipeovers. After you've cleaned it, try to put it in front of a window for the sunbleaching effect. In the meantime, you could try telling DH to get a grip re boys and pink.

Try bleach..and I love boys in pink
