Dust that wont shift

I have a tv and stand that are made from that black shiny glass/plastic. When I dust the surfaces (using furniture polish and mf cloth) dust reappears almost instantly. It is very frustrating.

Are there any housekeeping experts who can tell me where I am going wrong please?

I use those flash dusters on a stick - the fluffy ones - for dusting round electrical things. They seem to get rid of it the best.

I use the flash stick duster thing aswell.....more or less everyday on the tv and stand. These black stands and tv surrounds are a pain in the backside

Every now and again i use a micro cloth and a spray bottle of water and do that on it aswell, i did read that you shouldn't use polish on the black stuff.

My TV came with a midrofibre cloth and it is the only thing that gets the dust off

Yes, mine came with a cloth too but i use a bigger one and the spray bottle.......Obviously someone didn't think about the cleaning aspect of these tv's when they were designing them
