My dd2 has just emptied her breastfed bowels all over my much loved wool white company white rug [with bunting on - I love this rug]

It really isn't coming off, it's under vanish carpet cleaner.

Help me! My rug!

I don't know

I think I just went into the White Company and thought I could live the dream. I can't. My dream is poo splattered.

Can't even drown sorrows in beer as am bf, or in chocolate as am going dairy free [for the good of the poo exploding rug destroyer] and the chocolate is pants.

She better grow up to be rich and buy me a nice retirement flat somewhere glam where people have white rugs dammit.

I'm going in with borax and hot water. On top of the vanish stuff. I hope it doesn't explode......

OoooooKay, the stains are now mostly custard yellow, and I think nearly out of the white bit of the rug YAY! Will have a look in day light. Blue bits still stained but have high hopes of futher borax magic.

House smells like chemical plant meets wet dog. Rug has spooky clean patched where I have scrubbed it so feel cleaning may be in order. Will have to warn dry cleaners of the chemicals on it, or the laundrette might explode. With my precious rug in it!

Hello - we were blessed with hot sun today. Rug stains down to pale apricot, I can deal with this. Hoping for more sun tomorrow and futher improvements!

Not looking at carpet. Am generally calmer though!

Hi

Hope it's no too late for your carpets or rug.

It maybe worth getting a professional in to clean your carpets and rug.

My mother-in-law has used Chem-Dry and seems very happy with them.

Maybe worth giving hem a call

Good luck
Riccoess
