we are all fed up with the amount of washing we have to do aren't we......

So tax the family per item.....

Hello- Maybe i am nuts but I actually pay myself a wage based on the number of baskets of washing that I wash dry and put away each day.

Probably seems daft, but as a sahm I don't have any money of my own and always feel guilty about spending money on myself as a result. So I allocated a set amount to every task that I have to do round the home - not much per task but it means that at the end of the week if I have done the dishwasher daily, put away clothes, hoovered etc etc etc etc. I have a small amount of money at the end of the week that I think of as mine to do with as I wish.

Its all the incentive I need to get it done now... erm does this make me completely insane???
