mattress protector ( the really thick comfy ones)

not sure what they are called but we have bunk beds and it has the double on bottom. mattress' have had it and want to buy something like this. any ideas of costs/where to buy

Dreams sell them, but they are quite expensive. I got ours from a local shop which sells things like curtains and bedding.

Ooh or there are some waterproof ones on this page which are expensive but sound good as they aren't PVC so you don't get the crinkliness and sweatiness you get with some mattress protectors.

Oh actually - just noticed if you buy the hippychick one from the hippychick website (www.hippychick.com) it is about £4 cheaper for a slightly better one, as they are on offer at the moment.

just realised its not called a mattress protector. its the thing that you put on the mattress to make it more comfortable. they feel really thick and quilty material. the sheet then goes on top.

if you live oop north, tonys textiles sell them very very cheaply!! as do the local markets. a lot cheaper than the shops!
