try milk on a soft cloth. saw it on "how clean is your house" once. and it worked on a vinyl doll we had that got written on

try a baby wipe or some Johnson's baby lotion on a bit of cotton wool

Either WD40 or hairspray is supposed to work, but can't remember which.

So no use to yuo really

I use hairspray on our leather suite, it works a treat.
