I'd been all fired up to hire a rug doctor and dh called in to B&Q yesterday to get one, only to find out that you face the Spanish Inquisition if you try - they wouldn't accept his 2 latest payslips and photo ID from his employer plus credit card bills that he had on him - wanted passport, driving licence and utility bills that he didn't have.
Anyway, local cleaners has a Hagerty machine - anyone used one of these? Did it do a good job? thank you
