well I had two interviews (swan (or was it scatty? I'm a civil serpent, the department I work for recently had it's own series on sky if that helps pls don't mention the department if you guess I don't want it to be searchable as the subject seems to raise tempers on here quite often) and I got offered both jobs. I have until the end of the day on monday to make a decision

done
ds taken to nursery
ds picked up from nursery and taken to grandad's
went to fundraising meeting
picked ds up from grandad's

Have just fallen down stairs lots of bruises and nasty carpet burns ouch am medicating with wine!

wendy hope ds is ok and calms down
mad sorry you are having a tough time with ds, I am sure that once he realises you aren't going anywhere he will settle - have you got any reassuring stories you could read to him

grouchy take it easy after your busy week

Scatty, we love that google earth game too. When we are allowed.
Dh has told me to switch on computer
possibly because he has had a delicious supper of haddock, spinach and new potatoes.

Wolf you are obviously a superserpent.
Poor you with stairs. I am always waiting to fall down mine, constantly thinking in advance what I might trip over, tho' suspect cat will be my nemesis, as he is same colour as staircarpet, and likes to hang upside down from penultimate step.

Wendy, at least cp will be over before Easter.

Congratualtions Wolf Woohoo, does this mean you can TTC now?

Galen and Swan sounds like a perfect friday bliss to me.

DS is that age - 3 in June. It took DH an hour to get him off to sleep tonight. He understands I am not going anywhere, but he got extra loves and cuddles when I came out the second time, as I was feeling guilty and missing them both loads and my mum thinks he is taking advantage and knows phisically I am not tip top, so is testing the boundries.

I have a perfect afternoon with DS1 and DH came back with treats all round - Tulips and scones for me yum. Also quoissants for breakfast tomorrow. He also called into M&S and picked up the deal so have an extra large chicken for Sunday.

We are spending sunday on our own, my mum needs to recharge her batteries as she is needed to be a mum and grandma next week (her words) when DH returns to work. One great thing that has come out of all this is that my mum has more than pulled her weight and keeps telling me what a fab mum I am and that the boys are a credit to me and DH and also how much she loves me. We have never been the best of friends, but I have to say this has brought out the best in her .

DS2 has asked if we can go to a cafe in a shop and a park tomorrow

I am hoping for fine weather, so I can direct DH about in the garden - will put my foreman hat on

Catch you all tomorrow
