Urgh today i found a worm type thing in the bath

Have found one once before.It was like a very small white caterpillar with a red dot.
Any ideas?

Do you have a cold water tank in your loft? If so, I'd go up there with a torch and have a look inside, to see if there's something in there which would explain it.
