Boiler in bedroom - is this safe?

We have finally found a new house and we are moving this week. The main bedroom has a big airing cupboard/fitted wardrobe type thing that contains the boiler - is this ok? It has a flue pipe that leads out through the wall, and I will stick a CO2 monitor on it.

I mean CO not CO2. One of the ones that goes black if it is in the air.

My DD (9) has the boiler in her bedroom. She's been in the room with it for approx 6 years. We can't afford to have it moved. We have a CO2 monitor which we check regularly and we have the boiler serviced every year.

I also wouldnt rely on one of those monitors that goes black. That's only good if you look at it regularly. Get one like a smoke alarm that has a loud noise.

Perfectly safe just make sure you have it serviced regularly, but that's the same wherever it is situated.
