Ball pit balls - how do i clean them

I have MANY - and they bear evidence of vigrous garden play.

Do I wipe each one lovingly individually?

Can they be washed in the washing machine (hopeful)?

If they can;t go in the machine, I'm tempted to chuck them in the bath after the kids have finished with it... but i suspect the mess will be unholy.

I did mine in the bath as was too worried that at even 30 degrees I would end up with plastic goo everywhere....

perhaps I'm missing out on the childish joy potential of hundreds of wet soapy plastic balls careering around upstairs...

Wash them in tons of bubble bath, give a really good swish round to clean and then drain the bath.Next morning they should be pretty dry, swoosh round with a towel and pop into a bin bag (or 4).

It's hell but you can't beat nice clean balls!

Lol jumping beans. I would leave it til summer, get the garden paddling pool out, add bubble bath to it, chuck in the balls, and gets the kids to clean them.

Yes, i get my kids to clean the pitbulls - I just chuck them all in the bath together ha ha

they absolutely CAN go in the washing machine - I used to work in a special needs school which had a huge ball pool that regularly needed cleaning out !

stick them all inside a duvet cover - wash on shortest, coolest wash you have - voila!
