Steam cleaners - any good?

Found myself scanning a Lakeland catalogue the other day and was drawn to the steam cleaner - yes, I don't get out much!! Anyway, we have inherited a very mouldy shower with really stubborn mould, and am sick of scrubbing at it to little effect. Are steam cleaners good for that, and what else do you use them for?

Is that the hand held steam cleaner, white and blue? It comes with a few different changeable heads/brushes. (There is also the large electric toothbrush type things which also work quite well.)

It will work at steam cleaning tiles but you would need to change the lead on it for a longer one or use an extension lead.

We've used ours for cleaning different bits on the car and also tile floor, and also cleaning the oven.

Don't forget that Lakeland will do a refund if you have your receipt, even if you've used it. At any time after you've bought it, no 30 day limit.
