Wolf We all have days like yesterday. Walking out is so much better than keeping up the screaming. I hope ds is happier today.

DS had a better night than the night before (not difficult) but I'll be staying in with him again as he's still not great. He is at least drinking today though.

Still full of cold but it has receeded a little so heading off to work (very tempted to have another day lolling and biscuit eating though LOL).

afterwards I may go shopping to look for outfit for the hen day if i feel like it
dh is picking up dc on way home from work

Thanks for the links Jas Hope ds feels better soon. There are loads of bugs doing the round here these days - my two have very runny noses and ds is getting a cough but fingers crossed we'll avoid the rest; we've had our fair share this year!

We all got up bright and early this morning and I have been feeling well motivated towards tackling the house today not sure what's come over me!)

I've done a load of washing, load two has just gone in
Lovely walk to school with the kids this morning
The kitchen is all clean and tidy
The beds are made
The dw is on

Also to do today~
~gocery delievery (due any time now) to put away
~haircut for me
~put away clean washing
~downstairs - massive general clean and tidy up required
~gardening if I can
~friends to play after school (just right to undo all my hard work today!)
~dream up good supper which both children will eat (becoming more and more tricky as ds gets more and more fussy)
~dd to Brownies this eve

That'll keep me well occupied

Popping in ultra briefly due to unfolding chaos here!

In a moment of total loss of all rational thinking and absence of all FLY sense I have started on the GARAGE !!!! Spurred on by yet another argument with DH about this constant source of frustration I just stormed in and started!

Result is kitchen and hallway now in chaos, garage floor covered in all sorts (but at least you can see patches of floor!) and 5 large black bags of old books/vids/DVds etc... dropped to oxfam collection point on way home from school drop off
Am going to do another 1/2 hour, then restore house to some sort of order , then get on with my original to do list LOL
Will be back later for individuals if the garage lets me go!

Dh has left at 5.00 to catch his plane, so solo children launching this am, but it went fine.

Haven't been around for a week. Think I might be developing IBS so haven't done much flying really, and have the remnants of a stinking cold. Ah well, at least the cold is on its way out.

Ladies - you made me cry - Thank you very much.

I went to the hpspital yesterday and had dressings changed and will be back tomorrow to see big cheese.

The swelling under my arms is my own body, right one is a bit better. They have put me on massive dosage of anti'b, doubled my painkillers and admitted that they didnt think my drains would be in this long.

Mum did all the ironiong and cleaned the upstairs yesterday.

DH is taking the minimads to the docs this afternoon, as they are both no better, infact still running really high temps and very unhappy - which is not normal for them.

I am going to have a rest and catch up on the thread and then may be back

Had a good cry over flummoxing paperwork - now feel better, am I really a grownup at all, bureaucracy seems to reduce me to utter drivelling wreckery almost as bad as instructions on stairgates lol.

Anyway, pressing on. Cake.

I'm glad they listened to you TMH. It must be so frustrating dealing with everyone and everything, docs and nurses included. Sometimes if you are a non-complainer they don't realise how bad things are. DH once as a youth had his foot nearly burnt by an Italian electrical physiotheraphy (? - not sure) machine because he didn't tell them it was hurting, being too brave.

Oh Mad - poor you . At least action has been taken! Hope the big cheese can locate your norks for you .

Not had a good day here - garage not too bad but DD4 a TOTAL nightmare. Has me SO wound up and on the verge of tears. So glad I put her name down for nursery at Easter - she is absolutely relentless at the moment - DEMANDS my 100 % attention ALL.THE.TIME. AAAARRRRGGGGHHH
May go lock myself in the toilet for a quick cry and recompose before school pick up....

Sympathies galen. I lost my temper with Dd today on the way home from school . I think she is starting to realise when she has pushed her luck too far though as she did look a bit remorseful after her telling off!

Not had too much time to catch up with the thread. I've had no laptop time. My own fault as I've subscribed to Education City for 12 mths for Ed, he uses it at school and it's better than Cartoon Network games TBH. Plus I've been out all afternoon again. Dinner lady then straight to Reading Friends, doing 4 kids rather than the usual 2 today Then home with Ed and uniform and lunchpack for morning, then interacting with him on his new website.

I'm totally shattered again but I'm sure my system will adapt in time Love and grouchy hugs to all
