Cleaning matt finish tiles

I have non-shiny tiles in the kitchen and they're really grubby looking. I've tried using Cif but they're not coming properly clean, what else should I try?

white vinegar spray is what I use on mine, cheap as chips (50p a bottle) diluted with water, left for a few mins & wipe off.

And no, the smell of the chippy doesn't linger, I promise! My oh doesn't even notice when I do them & he's in the house
