Can't believe I'm asking such a boring question, but I need some advice about getting the sofa re-covered.
I had it re-covered about 5 years ago by Plumbs, it cost about £300. It really does need doing again - has worn through in several places. To be fair to Plumbs it has had hard wear over the last 5 years - two DC's jumping/climbing all over it.
So, my questions are:
Is five years about how long covers last ?
If I use Plumbs again but opt for better quality/more expensive fabric will they last longer?
Has anyone used any other companies for recovering sofa's that they would recommend (we ar in S London).
