All

Just a quicky - I am home with drains in, tucked up in bed.

Operation went well. I am strapped up and drugged up too.

Hopefully when fluid is down to ml each side, I can have them removed and the dressing removed and then get a peak [frin]

He took 6.5 kg of breast away and put in implants of 630ml each side double normal size.

My tummy is larger than my chest at the moment

Ruby - card is fab, once I have boobs to put them on I will use them

Jas · 04/03/2009 17:32

Tortoise · 04/03/2009 20:47

Evening all.
Have been checking in everyday to see how TMH is.
Glad to see she has posted.
TMH Good to hear from you and glad all went well.

swanriver · 04/03/2009 21:32

Hello, TMH, don't let anyone jump on you, but it must be good to be home. Your dh must be so relieved to have you home safe and sound, even if a bit shaky. Did the hospital visits from the little ones go alright, or was it just a blur being there?

Anyway, this evening has been the usual Wednesday chaos, mummy running around with a football at Beavers looking a bit silly, making paperjellyfish and then once home trying to finalize the wretched World Book Day getup.
Dd is going as a character from the Wishing Chair (Blyton) dressed in normal clothes
Ds2 is going as Duffy Driver from Little Red Train, normal clothes and a red tie, although he has been demanding brass buttons
Ds1 is going as Mr Majeika, normal (but green) clothes and a blue bowtie.

Galen, hope you managed the yellow Fairtrade "banana" children.

Dylsmum, Victorian farm sounds v. interesting. I remember the pioneer prog (set in America) and how it was completely geared up to having food and firewood to get through winter, something we don't even think of now. Maybe TMH's dh's father's farm dates back to victorian times...?

Now to sift my way through various saucepans and paraphenalia.

swanriver · 04/03/2009 21:36

Oh yes, and I have nearly finished the other half of my Indiana and Wild West party invites although ds2 insists on sticking on scarabs and Egyptian mummies and pictures aeroplances chasing Indie, not very wild west. I suppose as long as there are enough treasure maps and rattlesnacks no-one will notice.

swanriver · 04/03/2009 21:37

not rattlesnacks, rattlesnakes.

EHM · 05/03/2009 08:04
