Found out yesterday my cat has fleas, treated both cats with frontline, hoovered the house top to bootom including sofa, changed all beds, washed blankets and anything else that they sleep on.
Will that get rid, I really dont want to have to use any chemically stuff as dd1 has severe excema.

Frontline is good - although with the dog we combine it with a pill that works alongside it - asfakir it sterilises the fleas as soon as they bite the animal so that there is no breeding possible... Hopefully you've caught it before it gets to be a problem

A steam cleaner. We steamed our entire house when our neighbours cat gave us fleas when our DS was first born, and we've never had them come back yet.

I havent seen any, it was the neighbour who told me she was brushing my cat (whole other story) and she spotted one, none of us have been bitten yet so I hope it will be ok, makes me itchy just thinking about it.

It took us a good few hours to do our house but it was worth it for no chemicals etc.
