I know this has been done before - but removing BO smell from wool dress

I have a lined wool dry clean only wool mix dress - wore it yesterday and it has horrible BO smell under the arms.

Not that I am a stinky person , but I dont think that dry cleaning will remove it - what can I do to treat it beofre I take it to be cleaned?
