Removing smell of vomit

Hi, I can't get rid of the smell of sick after my daughter was ill last week. Obviously I've thoroughly cleaned everything and tried Febrezze but the smell still lingers.

Any ideas?

Bicarbonate of soda...sprinkle thicky everywhere, leave overnight, vac off the next day

Carbolic soap and water on the part she was sick on, works every time. It is red and you can get in old fashioned DIY type shop if no where else.

I had thispe#roblem and my frend from oz told me to get some vannila essence from the cooks range (no more than 1 pounds)and t worked

Vinegar - sprinkle it over the sick patches (after you've cleaned it as much as possible!) and it neutralises the smell
