What can I expect/ask cleaner to do in two hours?

I have relatively new cleaner and am unsure how much can be expected in two hour slot that she has. I suspect I would get more done in two hours but there is a big difference between full pelt and a reasonable speed. I always make house immaculately tidy night before so she doesn't have any tidying to do and leave all cleaning stuff in one place. Oh and I am always out and more importantly so is my three year old dd!

How big is your house?

My cleaner is here 3 hours and cleans the floors in living/dining room, kitchen, hall, stairs, 3 bedrooms, guest room. She also cleans the 2 bathrooms and guest wc and the kitchen.

three beds, two baths kitchen dining living utility room. At the mo she does both bathrooms and kitchen inc mopping floors every week then upstairs or downstairs every other week. I ask for dusting within this and wiping round window frames (we get nasty black mould) and hoovering. Don't think she pulls out furniture to hoover and she doesn't move things like toaster and microwave in kitchen when doing surfaces. I don't really mind how much of the rest of upstairs or downstairs that is done as long as there's a good two hours work and I would think it unreasonable for her to do more than two hours cos that's what I pay her for. Dusting seems a bit cursory! But I could be being unreasonable so that's why I'm asking.
