MOrning ALL

galen sorry to read your news about fil. Sending you all strength & kind thoughts.
TMH I am sure you will be very organised for the op.
wolf I wish I had know you where in London we could have met up? Even for a quick cuppa.
grouchy I am still [shocked] that Mum didn't collect him until 4pm. Also that she didn't check with you he was ok & length of stay was a bit much. one of ellie's little friends mum comes for a cuppa/play & stays for hours.even if i say we must do certain things/or leave house by a certain time. last time I had them they to stayed for 4 hours. i then said if you want a lift we will have to leave now. She said no thats fine we will walk & didn't make an attempt to leave!!!!!!

You have done brilliantly EV to do all the painting constructing etc imagine how clean everything would be if they had been watching telly ALL day. That's what I am going to say to myself about car, hall, in fact most things.
You have also done brilliantly taking Ed to Armories Grouchy.

Evening all

I cried after our last swimming session for a while

Me and DS1 have had a sleep in mu bed, whilst DS1 was napping too

No flying done apart from the swimming washing and food.

I hurt my back carrying a tantrumming DS2 as he didnt want to get out of the swimming pool, so have even left the beds for DH to change, which he is going to to next.

Then we are hoovering under our bed as new bed comes tomorrow.

Also DH needs to go in the loft to get my bag for hospital and pop a few bits away.

I may be back later

aw mad don't know what to say really but have an uncharacteristic mn hug.

done
wm unloaded, reloaded and on
washing hung up
ds fed and nearly murdered
toys picked up from living room floor

Dont worry wolf It was just odd, as I am not very good at openly displaying my emotions. Swimming is something we have all enjoyed since DS1 was 6 weeks old on a regular weekly basis. They are both little water babys and have so much confidence in the water. It was one of my "wants" when I had children for them to be water confident.

I will miss it, but hope to be back in the water soon after my operation.

Bedding in washer - bless DH changed the boys beds

He has also got my bag out of the loft

DS2 is not settling again

Plan is for Tesco order to arrive
Sort airing cuboard into bags (some to mum and some to MIL)

Just popping in to say hi.

Well done on the job Ludaloo I hope you enjoy it.

Ruby Yet again you could be describing our house wrt dd1. If it is any consolation, dd1 seems to be getting past this horrible phase, and is much more the "old" dd1 I had (almost 10) It is just a shame that dd2 (at8) is now even worse! She was always a very kind and gentle child, so the stroppiness, answering back and shouting at me seems so much worse.

Just a late pop in to say hi to all
Will be around tomorrow hopefully, we have been to Chester Zoo today. Hilarious antics with the chimpanzees - just like men and children really
DC were really good but shattered by the end of the day as usual, we managed til 3.30 ish then came home but traffic was bad so not home til about 6. Anyway had a lovely family day with DH on hols from work.
Remind me to tell you about DD's finger tomorrow.
