New top for sunday gone fluffy HELP

Hi i bought a new non tumble dry black top yesterday and put it through the wash this morning just got it out and it has fluffy bits all over it (someone had left a washing up cloth in the machine that i did not notice).just put it back in to wash again what can i do if it still comes out fluffy?

If you don't have a lint roller, then get a roll of sellotape and wrap a layer of it round your hand, sticky side outwards. Then pat it all over the top. (After it's dry probably better than still wet). Replace sellotape once it stops being sticky.
