Wednesday Fly - Anti-Procrastination Day

yes, Scatty, we've have only just got to stage in last year where ds2 doesn't wake up in middle of night. But he does go back to sleep straightaway in our bed(says she fondly)!

Still haven't done any housework! Apart from dump some clothes upstairs and scatter some toys around the house welcomingly.

Its exhausting isn't it? I'm sure I've aged about 10yrs in the last 5 due to chronic sleep deprivation!

Have still not done the ironing! Have been dancing with ds and playing with dd (its quite difficult to get away lol).

Mine are very good sleepers thank goodness. I need my sleep (so why don't I go to bed earlier?!)

Been to hospital with DD. She is such a good girl - sits so still and quiet and lets the nurses do whatever they have to do. Finger is healing well apparently. Smaller bandage now and doesn't need changing til next week, and am able to cancel Friday's appointment at 8 am thankfully! Sorted out the confusion over stitches - there are some in but they are dissolving ones (although she did say they should have dissolved by now ). She is using her hand now much better with only the small bandage on the poorly finger.

Better go and help with bedtime really! DS in the bath. Our routine is very simple - bath, warm milk, stories in bedroom, bed! I could learn from it!

Already had tea with the children so might read my magazine (DH bought me a new vegetarian cooking magazine bless him) in the bath and watch Madmen. No yoga tonight - tired, codeined out and lethargic. Not done a great deal of flying today except usual routines - back tomorrow lol!

Poor DD Ruby and poor you too. Don't be silly emoticon! You're not a bad mother! All of us seem to be having a rough few days. Is it a full moon or something?

Thankfully I managed to shift my headache having resorted to tablets!Actually got a fair bit done in the end!
DD4 and Ds2 in great moods today for once LOL DS2 is pleased with himself cause he's just mastered standing up all on his own without holding on to anything. Bless him he's so cute ( sorry proud biased mummy moment!)

Done:
Sorting and tidying of futility - now slightly less futile!
Some zone cleaning ( cupboard doors, washing machine incl drawer, TD, fridge)
Clean washing away
General tidy all round.
Sort out of some of Ds2's toys
Baking : bread rolls, peanut butter cookies, choc chip cookies, cappucino squares! With LOTS of help from DD4 (she loves doing "makey makey" LOL)

To do:
ammend shopping order for Friday
Sort out recipe folder
Lunch boxes (oops forgootten bout them!)

Collapse on sofa with book

Right better go.
DH is writing a personal statement for a job application and is reading it to me for me to comment on - need to concentrate oops

TMH Ds is so cute with his new specs & really suits them.

Not been around much away last week to Sisters & returned Sunday. Then busy flying & general housewifey stuff. DH away until Friday evening now. Ellie is bed since 545 & she is showing signs of a very puffy eye. Which I noticed was a bit red when I collected from preschool. she said she didn't know how it happened? So caught up on my ironing, had my tea. going to have bath & bed to rad my new book.

I was such a groupie of theirs when I was at Uni, my friend and I followed them from gig to gig in the early 1990's and we were so chuffed when a mate of ours got to work with them, his job was to put confetti into a wind machine during one of their shows - but we thought he had really made the big time
