Best way to use microfibre cloths?

I have just bought a pack of microfibre cloths and so I have one for the kitchen, one for the bathroom and one for mirrors/wndows, etc. What is the best way to use them? I understand from reading the back of the packet that I you don't need to use cleaning 'products' with them but I'm not sure I like the idea of not anti-baccing (if there is such a word ) the bathroom and kitchen. So what do you all do? Wipe first, then spray with cleaner? Only use cleaner once in a while and fill in by using the cloth? I have just polished my sink with it and I am delighted with the shiny sparkliness that resulted so I have very high hopes if I can figure out how to use them best.

TIA!

Apparently excema, asthma etc are on the rise due to too mucj disinfecting and not enough bugs to stimulate immune system. Have never ant9-bacc-ed anywhere and DD has never had tummy bug of any kind. (Touch wood)

Just use the cloths.

I use cleaners with mine, as the two combined have an amazing result! Use Method stuff for most of the house, but anti-bac where I have been cooking meat.

Thanks both.
Racingsnake - don't worry, I'm def not an anti-bac addict (quite the opposite in fact! ) but like Pawslikepaddington, I do like to use one on the kitchen surfaces after preparing meat, and around the toilet. Paws, do you spray and then use the cloth, or the other way round?

I spray and then cloth, and it works a treat!

I use mine to dry the sinks/bath etc after use for a quick mid week gleam, and when I do a proper clean using products I use a normal cloth but dry with the micro cloths for a real shine.
They are great for dusting without polish and for cleaning mirrors/windows etc without spraying.
