I have done a silly thing. I have lusted after this sofa for months, no years - well maybe months. It was in the sale as ex display, at half price, I resisted as no way could afford it. Then today it went down to 70% off and I realised they do interest free credit for 6 months, so went for it - it was a bit heat of the moment and I feel rather guilty now.

It's a bit bigger than the one we've got though. I don't know whether it's going to look Ok

I hope I don't have to cut the arms off. Also got to shift the old one out somehow.

Am bricking it a bit.

oops, but I'm sure it'll be fine!

I ordered a huuuge sofa once when I was living in a flat and had to send it back as the delivery men couldn't get it up the stairs to my flat. Thankfully they did a two seater in the same range so I was able to exchange it.

Can you measure out the shape/size of the new sofa on the living room floor in masking tape, then you can see how/if it'll fit.

Oh gosh that was a bit of luck!!

It's 232cm wide, it looked so small in the shop, I should have measured before being so silly.

Yes that's a good idea. I'll do that tonight.

You could also go here and create your room and put in a sofa the same size to see what it looks like. You can also just do this for fun

Oooh brilliant! Thankyou so much!
