Has anyone got a Servis fridge freezerand/or Manual?

Our fridge freezer is very warm and keeps making noises like an iceberg breaking up and I can't find the manual since moving 6 mths ago, Servis has gone into adminisrtration! Very stupid question the higher the no on the dial the colder or warmer the setting? ie do you turn it anti clockwise to make it colder, i keep trying one way then the other, neither way seems to help.

I have a service fridgefreezer, dont have the manual but the setting is between 2 and 3 if that helps.

Thanks everyone, sorry I didn't get back earlier, DH went online somewhere and discovered the fault is prob with thermostat as fridge isnt working but freezer is still, so now we need to get an electrician, rather than buy a new one, shame as I was looking forward to buying a new one and hate throwing good money after bad, think that is false economy but still! We didn't have an extended warranty but I do wonder what happens if you do as Servis is not accepting calls (as it no longer exists, which is why there was no help online) damm those hedge funders. It's frightening and shaming to realise how much we depend on constant electricity and full supermarkets, could do with a 'meat safe'! Trying not to succumb to the lure of the Good Life!
