SATURDAY: Mushroom risotto, salad
SUNDAY: Eating out
MONDAY: Carrot and coriander soup with bread and pate
TUESDAY Soup as above
WEDNESDAY: Thai vegetable curry with rice or noodles
THURSDAY: Beef Carbonade with mash or rice
FRIDAY: Beef as above
