Yes I do! And it works....

have a wool/delicates bag to stop them going in by accident.... not lights and darks.

Yes its a great idea - and works well in our house - the fullest basket is the next one into the machine - which reminds me i must go and empty it now.

I have a light basket and a darks basket, but, wouldn't you know it, DH, DS and DD, when they bother, just put washing in the emptiest-looking one.

So I have to re-sort it grrrrr.

Yes.

Have you thought about the different washing temperatures...?

lucysmam · 13/01/2009 20:22

lol Uriel, one step at a time !

I may get another one in that case, just wondered if it was possible for it to work . . . save me endless battles with the lo . . . "in there, mommy" as she puts black socks in with the lights or even worse, oh's muddy footy kit!

I hndwash most of my jumpers/tops anyways as they've been worn so they don't hang about.

We have three in our house, whites, darks and coloureds. My kids are reasonably well trained at aiming for the right basket
