www.waitrose.com/recipe/Chicken_and_Red_Lentil_Curry_with_Toasted_Cashew_Nuts.aspx

This is delicious. I use whatever plain yoghurt I have in the fridge (natural, greek, whatever) if i don't have any soya handy. I also don't always toast the cashews if I'm feeling lazy.

ps. the Waitrose Beef and chickpea curry is nice too

I'm feeling depressed now. Do your children eat all these things too or just the grownups teenagers?

I could cook all these delicious things BUT noone would eat them... even had to rinse sauce off the sausages in the sausage casserole...

mckenzie · 09/01/2009 22:08

my DCs eat whatever we eat but I don't think you are alone swanriver if your DCs don't. My nephews wouldn't even look at most of the meals that I give my DCs (age 3 and 7) and yet my nephews are age 9 and 12.
Don't despair though. Keep offering it to them and their taste buds might well change.
