Is 15 too low do you think?

Nappyaddict, yes it's reasonably comfortable at those temps. I can't sleep well when it's warmer in the bedrooms. We use blankets when sitting on the sofas for long spells (makes sense, being sedentary you always chill down).

DC tend to choose to wear thin t-shirts and shorts at these temps, so they obv. don't mind. I have on 3 layers on my top half. Typically I only need a coat, gloves and hat when I go out, do most the rest of you have to put lots of layers on when you go out?

20 here but the heating is only on for a few hours in the morning and then from when the kids get home

My thermostat doesn't show the correct temperature since I fixed --it- it broke, but I have a couple of room thermometers.

I'm oversensitive to cold - it's usually 24-25 degrees here, for me to feel comfortable.

My fuel bills are horrible

22 in the day and turn it down to 20 at night.

Have two woodburners going as well!
