Hair dye on the beige carpet, and poo on the cream chair covers... help :(

DD had an accident on dining room chair, which is a cream fabric. Have attempted scrubbing, reasonably unsuccessfully aside from it doesn't smell.

I then decided to dye the carpet in my bathroom red in patches when doing my hair...

Help!!!!!!! What can I use?
