Can i put the HOOD of my MACLAREN in the washing machine????

I've washed the seat cover before but never the hood, has anyone done this successfully?

I would wash mine if I could figure out how to get it off.

I've got an XLR and the foot muff is made out of the dsame stuff as the hood and that's washed fine. Let me know how you get on.

I think i'm just gonna do it..can't wait any longer! It's the plastic and metal things I'm worried about, getting stuck or something.

I found it hard to get off, brute force in the end!

i have machine washed mine a few times

Mine have washed fine on a gentle wash with low spin. The hard part is taking it off and putting it back on again.

I washed my volo hood a few times, the last time it came out completely bent and mis shaped!

Use wash powder in warm water and a nail brush sit it in the bath or on a huge towel while you clean it.
