I got the anti slip mats from Lakeland and they didn't work. I think the best thing is to get really heavy rugs that don't move.

i got mine from kleeneze, is this an option? im sorry, i cant remeber how much it cost me, but im a scrooge so im sure it wasnt very expensive.

i got a tape version from wilkinsons, its like a double sided sticky tape, but blue, you put it on the floor in the shape of the rug and it holds brilliantly, i've had mine down for over a year and have pulled the rug up regularly to clean underneath etc and it still grips

I use a spray called "Cybergold" Rug Anti Creep/slip which you spray on the underside. I found this is the best as the ones that you put under the rugs didn't work for me - they moved/rucked up and go very dirty in my house . I got from a local carpet shop and have used it on a couple of rugs. BTW have a very boistrous house with 4 DSs so rugs get a lot of running and jumping on etc.
