washing machine cleaning - help needed!

can someone tell me what i can use to clean the seal on my w/m door? i wipe it round after each wash but its still getting grubby!

i'm not obsessed you understand but by old inherited w/m had a grubby seal & it marked the washing coming out of the drum!

bleach, but you don't just need to clean the seal, you need to clean the whole thing!

Remove the drawer, and get it thoroughly clean, you'll be amazed by how much gunk gets caught in there (look at the back where the drawer goes as well).

Use powder rather than liquid, as it contains bleaching agents, and leaves less residue.

Run a hot (60 deg or greater ) wash once a week.

Always leave the drawer and door slightly open to allow air to circulate.
