Its wax crayon yes. Worried if I scrape it it might damage the screen. OH would go mad!

You could use something made out of a soft plastic that has a sharp edge.

You can get these sponge things at the pound shop - they are fantastic, took crayon off the flat screen and off the wall

baby wipe worked! Abit smeary, never really use polish on it. what does everyone use to clean there tv's? I have a glass cloth somewhere I should dig out that you just damp and wipe over.

VINEGAR! works a treat as it takes any waxy smudges off. just applly and rub off gently with a soft cloth. i take it it is a flat screen jobbie?
