Getting oven fixed - can anyone recommend a good company?

Have an old smeg oven/range which has been gradually collapsing for months. The side wall in the oven keeps coming off and we keep sort of fixing it but it keeps coming off again and you can't make the shelves stay on or level Now the thermostat on the oven bit isn't working and sometimes the oven warms up and sometimes it doesn't.... Grill working fine . Do I have to get a smeg person or can anyone recommend an oven overhaul person/company?

counting on your superior knowledge on this..

Similar problem here, the shelves in my smeg oven keep falling down - very annoying! Anyone got any clues on this one?
