Pencil mark on cream carpet help! Any ideas?

Dd 3.10 has drawn accross the carpet with a lead pencil, approx 3m long line. Any ideas on how to get it off?

Magic eraser? from Robert Dyas or Woolies-works on most things e.g. lines made by toy truck on wooden floor-- good luck
