Radiator Covers - do they block out heat from the rrom?

Does anyone have these? Do they cut down on the heat into the room?
Where did you get yours..? ANy hints and tips for me please!!!!!

don't have them as yes they do block some of the heat. Same as putting anything in front of a radiator will.

See, I just don't get radiator covers. They do block out the heat from the room and we all know there's a radiator there hiding it's ugliness under the pretty cover. Sorry, but my tip would have to be don't bother

They do a bit. I have one in the hallway, but only because it was a really ugly radiator and it was the first thing you saw coming in the front door.
