Help me spend some money

I have been sent some money to buy something for all of us and my share is about 20-25pounds. I want something from Lakeland as I love to cook and bake. What has been your best ever purchase from them? I must warn you I have a lot of their things so I might need several suggestions.

don't have it (yet!) but have my eye on the square cake tin that you can use for different sizes.
