We have had a tough night with DS1, his chest is bad again, though DH has took the brunt of it last night - thanks dear

Right, so were are we. Well today you need to read a fly testimonital or another bit of the fly site

It is also time to add the laundry in to your daily routine. It doesnt matter wether this is evening or morning, just when it suits you.

So our routines should be looking something like this

Morning Routine

• Get up and get dressed doing your hair and face
• Make your bed
• Looking at your posted reminders in the kitchen and bathroom
• Reading 2 minutes of reminders
• Recognizing the negative voices and changing them
• Put out your Hot Spots for 2 minutes
• 5 Minute Room Rescue (pick any room in the house) set your timer and go!
• Laundry
• Mission

Before Bed Routine

• Keep your sink shining
• Lay out your clothes for tomorrow
• Put out your Hot Spot
• Laundry
• set a regular bedtime and stick to it

As you can see our routines are getting larger and should be becoming natual to do.

If I've missed anybody so sorry I am finding it hard to post every day, flying mostly when Ellie is a preschool Mon/Tues AM & doing bits & bobs in between. Keeping on top of washing/drying & ironing.

DS1 was in school, DS2 was sleep and slept throught it. DH not so happy £150 excess never mind eh

DS2 doesnt seem to have any after effects, although he is currently far to busy dancing with wgs the dog and the wiggles. He was a bit mad to start with!!!!

She has been nagging us for quite a while now. She wants to go along a (wait for it...)
A Cat/Kitten/Nature theme I'm at a complete loss for ideas TBH!
I just wondered whether anyone would have anything they no longer need that might fit into her quite specific catagory!
