Hoover smells of cat piss.

I have been given a really goo hoover, mine has rubbish suction and a strange electrical overheating smell. But the hoover I have been given smells of cat piss, cleaned it all down washed filters etc, but it still smells tried spraying special car upholsery indusrial smell stuff and sucking it through still smells, is it worth buying bags for it or will it always smell.

buy a new bag and put a tissue with a few drops of essential oil on it and put it in the bag. should work and will make the room smell nice when you hoover.

I will try that, suggestion for best type of oil I have lavender and a strange fruity christmas one.

Thnaks bags and a new set of filters ordered, so heres hoping, had hoover out to find model nuber and it still whiffs, I think it might reek for a bit, I did get horrible overpowering hoover scent things years ago that were totally overpowering, perhaps I need them .
