In this house because I have yet again thrown out food from the fridge today and I am sick of it. My new plan is to weekly/fortnightly shop and only pick up necessary items in between.

I will also soon start BLW so must make more of an effort with my menu planning.

Our main meal of the day will be lunchtime due to husband's shifts and so far I have:

Stirfry - nice and easy for BLW but just can't add the amoy straight to wok sauce anymore for DS when BLW.

Shepherd's pie. The recipe I have includes red wine which I take will be a no no for BLW?

Lasagne

Meatballs with pasta and garlic bread

Roast (on a Sunday!)

Spicy pork noddle soup with noodles.

Now, what else can I make and freeze in bulk or make daily that is quick to do given we eat at lunchtime?

DH won't eat spag bol or anything with a cream sauce.

Any type of casserole

Fish cakes (fry before freezing then oven to reheat)

Red wine fine as the alcohol boils off at a very low temperature & only leaves the flavour

fishcakes
fish pie
homemade chicken nuggets that you could serve with a chilli dip for grown ups?
frittata with salad & garlic bread

even though your DH doesn't eat spag bol, would he eat a homemade tomato or roast veg pasta sauce that you could serve with pasta of a suitable size for your little one to pick up?

some sort of little pies or pasties?

Curries? Tikka masala is easy to make and freeze (tomato based though). Korma also freezes well - would he consider that creamy though? I mainly use coconut milk for the sauce.
