OK - stupid question but what does it mean when you keep on finding undissolved tablets in dishwasher at end of cycle?

Usually it means the manufacturers haven't mixed them right and you should complain.

It can also mean the clip on your dispenser draw is gunky and needs cleaning!

I find undissolved tablets every so often, but have figured out that it is due to bad design. If I have tall cutlery in the cutlery tray, the flappy bit for the tablet can't open properly so the tablet just sits there getting wet rather than falling out properly. Is this any help?

Hmm, I sometimes have a problem with mine and the man who came to fix it found that the water holes in the spinning thing (you, know, that hangs under the top rack and sprays the water) were all clogged up with what looked like grape pips (though we don't wash loads of stuff with grape pips on) so sometimes I have to unclog them with tweezers etc. He said that if the water couldn't get out at full pressure, it wouldn't spin, and so wouldn't wash properly.

Agree with Jim-check your water jets.
