Must run to school now!

bella29 · 13/11/2008 15:50

Hello all!

Afternoon has gone a bit pear shaped but only got hoovering & tidying left now, in between admiring my lovely clean worktops.

Tigger - so impressed by your huge list

Off for some paracetamol & a cuppa now. Will draw up some proper lists once I'm over this cold, honest!

TheMadHouse · 13/11/2008 16:07

Well that doesnt get any easy we had screams and had to forceably put him in the car. Same to the GP's and it only really got worse

When it was finnish he turned round to the HV and said "if I never see you again it will be too soon" and "I am never ever stepping foot in here again"

Well TMH at least my toys from my paid for pram are paid for

I'm decending into the same realm of twuntdom as Mr Next Door

ENOUGH WOMAN ......

......Normal Grouchy service has resumed, sorry if I have unintentionally offended anyone. I know you FLY ladies aren't prone to flouncing but I'd rather not be flamed.

I've made a start on the mound of household paperwork that has been getting out of hand. Does that make them hotspots?

Made Ed's tea, done the grocery list, checked the swim kits (DH has his own trunks this week and just checking for the bus times.

Footnote. Ed tried to give his teacher a kiss at hometime

See you all tomorrow lunchtime (course tomorrow am)

TheMadHouse · 13/11/2008 17:46

Grouch I wasnt offended - it takes a lot more than that woman!!!

DH made a lovey pizza for dinner, we have enjoyed having him around

FLying pretty much done for the day for me. I have a few of the clothes I ironed to pop away and that is that

TheMadHouse · 13/11/2008 17:54

Ruby He is 3 going on 30. I can not believe some of the things he comes out with, but then DS2 (27months) does say "for pitys sake" when ever he drops anything

Hi all.

Been to school bookfair, mopped BR floor and cleaned up.Need to do ironing.

DS new homework topic is CLEANING! D'you think I should send him in with one of mad's lists? .

Looking for your thread now Ruby...

AnneOfAvonlea · 13/11/2008 20:00

Hi All. Evening routine nearly complete. DH working tonight so I plan a night with TV rather than MN. Night all.

babyjjbaby · 13/11/2008 20:21

my house is looking a bit messy again so need to have a tidy round b4 i go to bed i do try tho

Jas · 13/11/2008 21:31

OK, I've searched the thread more than once, and can't take offence at anything Grouchy has said, however hard I try....

Today dp replaced my taps in the kitchen with the fantastic French single tap with shower attachment that I have had for 5 YEARS

Our house is evolving ever so slowly into something I like

Tomorrow the dds have to go to school in pjs with funky hair. I've plaited a load of thread into dd2s already but have to do the rest tomorrow, so need to get up earlier.

wendylanguage · 13/11/2008 22:03

Night everyone! Enough for one day - just kitchen floor to sweep and mould to clean off walls ... took me over an hour to wash up and tidy up tonight. there was a lot. Plus the gas went off today ... another story and I've been so miserable. Ask me another time about my aversion to renting and I'll rant away.

see you tomorrow

sagacious · 13/11/2008 22:08

Hope you have a better day tomorrow wendy

We had a power cut
ds/dd got a bit scared so I've let them huddle together in ds's bedroom with the torches. Just checked on them and they've fallen asleep holding hands...

I'm in a lovely fuzzy mood ATM, just discovered two candles that had been popped through my letterbox (neighbours know DH is away and I'm feeling the community love!)

God I'm such a hippy!

Night all !
