Welcome back baby

Scatty oh poor you with your earache (I get it sometimes...not good) Hope the doc can help.

tigger RL eh...a PITA Hope things get easier for you soon x

IV you are going great guns today!! I'm impressed!

Hi to Mad Thanks for the thread today

Wave to FDS too

Well I have been busy too I guess! I've tidied the kitchen, cleaned and moved the fishtank, put my Avon order in (took me an hour!!)
I'm half way through washing, sorting, folding, hanging and ironing.
Hoovering still left to do.

Oh and I lit a fire as my fingers were going to drop off!

intravenouscoffee · 11/11/2008 13:23

Back again.

Hi Luda You've been v busy!

Have wiped down all the cupboard doors and cleaned the hob. Also filled the bin with hot water and washing up liquid and left it to soak. Just having a quick rest before I sort it out. Will do laundry later when DD is awake, she can crawl around the room making mess as I attempt to put it all away. Kitchen is looking a bit better - am trying to focus on babystepping it not moaning about the fact that it still looks rubbish!

BiancaCastafiore · 11/11/2008 13:30

Good afternoon

Thanks for the thread etc TMH
Welcome back babyj
Luda and iv you're both v busy today!
Tigger hope RL improves soon x
Everyone else hello

I have been panicking about our big Children In Need party which happens this Friday. About 50 invites have gone out so I have loads to get ready. I had ordered some cookie cutters and other bits and pieces from lakeland but they've been lost in transit so I am left waiting for my replacement order tomorrow which won't give me or my helpers much time to make 60+ cookies!!
I alos need to wrap 3 pass the parcels and see if I can come up with/blag some bits for a lucky dip.

I am trying to get the house straight today but it seems to be taking ages without much visable progress

Ds is off to a party after school so dd and I are going to pop into town for some bits and pieces.

Afternoon all

Ruby Is it PMT time?

Biance Hope they arrive early. If I lived nearer I would help.

Waves to everyone else.

The heating should be finally fixed tomorrow - touch wood. Engineer arriving first thing.

I have cleaned the utility are (dumping ground this lunchtime and also just cleared a couple of hotspots.
Drawers are done too.

I am collecting DS1 from preschool and then going round friends for a coffee. can you believe it is a year since my friend broke her back. You would not guess from looking at her. She is fitter, slimmer nad healthier than she was. Runs 3 times a week and swimms twice a week. She only take the painkillers now and again. I am so proud of her

Back from work and got blown back from school!

Ruby I feel like that from time to time. I'm having a bit if a go slow week this week .

ludaloo · 11/11/2008 16:20

I think it is the same for a few ATM!
I was watching a cartoon yesterday which made me well up and hold my breath!? (from time to time anything even vaguely sentimental makes me want to cry!)

My DS started crying as he got in the car from school because..... "I have too many things to hold" and he sobbed all the way home!?

Its an odd kinda time this time of year...I get all excited about christmas and that usually makes me quite emotional.

Hope you feel brighter tomorrow Rubes

Bianca good luck with all the preparations...it sounds very hectic! Hope you manage to get it all done with minimum stress xx

babyjjbaby · 11/11/2008 16:45

I am pretty sure it can. It pulls the sea magnetically doesnt it, influencing the tides. My thereory is that we are 99% water or something, so it is pulling my internal tide

I saw the crayon thread and bookmarked the sites, but have no shabby ones yet. May have to visit pound store to get some
