Diet Coke........

Hi i heard a while ago and i think i have it wrong .... i think i heard that pouring coke down the loo and leaving it over night cleans it?? is this true????

If it is can i use diet coke?? i've had a party and have 2 bottles open of diet coke but we dont drink diet coke.......

I tried the coke thing and it helped a bit . then used that harpic power stuff and that did the job!! depends how bad the problem is!!

I think I remember someone saying that diet coke stains... It's in the archive somewhere...

i did this once and it stained, i cant remember if it was diet or ordinary though!!!

i did it with a can of diet coke and nothng happened, never tried with fat coke tho

I've used ordinary and it didn't stain. It didn't work particularly well either though, a lime scale remover is definitely better.

I think i might just tip it in the sink after all this. Will do a quick search first
