polti vaparetto lux steam cleaner need help to fix it please

Has anyone got experience of this steam cleaner? I am having trouble with it. It heats up but then won't work. Not sure what is wrong but really need it back in action. Appreciate any advice.

I think I have this one. Is it blue and looks like R2D2?

Thanks Otterchocdog. I will call them tomorrow. Do you descale yours at all? Wondering if this is the problem. Can't find any info in the manual on this. Hubby doesn't seem to think it should need it.
