What temp do you put your heating to in the winter?

I've had mine at 18 - but dh keeps sneaking it up to 20 and I find it too hot so far.
Am in Scotland.

The highest mine goes is 19. Last winter, on occasion, turned it up into the 20s but hardly ever.
