Best to wash it at a laundrette as they have to be tumble dried in order to dry all the down - otherwise it goes mouldy

need the big driers really.

bummer though. DS did this the other day but I figured it was time to switch to winter duvet anyway.

Has a 40 degree symbol on so I can wash the offending area, tumble dry symbol is just black though?
No chance 3 hours on a hot radiator meaning I can put it back on the bed tonight then...?!

Hang on, you're all focussing on the duvet as though the duvet is the problem. No. The duvet is just an innocent victim.

You could have the child adopted?

LittleMyDancingWithTheDevil · 21/10/2008 20:03

Nope - mouldy goose down is not something to trifle with.

You could sponge the area with a damp cloth, depending on the fabric not much wee might have gone through to the down.

Jackstini · 21/10/2008 20:13

Aha QC but will having her adopted get my duvet dry in time for bed?!
LMDWTD - has gone right the way through to the other side unfortunately
